Most of the skin we see holds onto whatever happens to it. A breakout settles in days and leaves a brown mark that is still there the following summer. A laser set for paler skin leaves one that outlasts that.
That single fact governs the clinic. It decides the energy we run, how many sessions a course takes, what we put on your skin in the two weeks before we resurface anything, and which treatments we turn down. It is also why we want to see you before we treat you. We are reading tone as much as texture, and tone does not photograph well over WhatsApp.
Three steps, in order
We look at your skin in person, under clinic light, and grade what is actually there. Marks and scars are different problems and often sit on the same cheek.
We tell you the order. Pigment before texture, active acne before scarring, measurement before contouring. Doing these in the wrong order is how people end up worse.
We give you the number of sessions and what each one costs before you commit to any of it. If the honest answer is that a treatment will not help you, that is the answer you get.
